EMMA LAXTON SOUND DESIGN Ltd

Personal Information

I am a UK based sound designer for both plays and musicals.

I was previously Deputy Head of Sound at the Royal Court Theatre where I began designing and over my time there worked on a huge number of shows in both the Jerwood Theatre Upstairs and Downstairs. I was a senior sound technician in the Oliver at the National Theatre and the Associate Sound Designer of War Horse London for the duration of its run in the West End. I have worked extensively in London and regionally as well as designing a sound installation in Gaasbeek Castle in Belgium and an immersive experience in Saudi Arabia.

I enjoy working on all sorts of projects and enjoy the collaboration of working as part of a creative team.
